Mr. Philip Chapnick is Group Chief Representative in China for UBM, a globally diversified, media and business services company. He has been with UBM for more than 25 years. Starting his career with the company as an editor for several of their high tech magazines in the late 80’s, Mr. Chapnick has worked in a wide variety of increasingly responsible positions within the company and has experience running almost every type of business within UBM including: publishing, trades shows and exhibitions, Internet services, custom publishing and media services. Before assuming his current position, he was the Divisional CEO of Think Services, a division of UBM, operating primarily in the US. As CEO of Think Services, Mr. Chapnick was responsible for setting up several operations in China, and as a result was appointed Group Chief Representative for UBM in 2010.
