Dr.Hengwei Liu is currently Head of Strategy at ENGIE (previously GDF Suez) China. He has more than 15 years of experience working at the interface of academia, industry, think tank and government in China, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Previously he has worked for China National Climate Strategy Center, Tsinghua-BP Clean Energy Center, Harvard Kennedy School, The Fletcher School of Tufts University, Saudi Aramco/King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center, and BP.
