Annabella Yau joined BT in January 2014 as Managing Director for North East Asia, BT Global Services, covering markets in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. She is responsible for all of BT’s sales and business operations activities in these markets.
Annabella has 27 years of experience in the IT industry with IBM where she was mainly involved in business in Greater China, including mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao. She has extensive experience in IBM and held leadership positions in different functions like Global Technology Services, Cloud Managed Services and Client Management. She was on assignment to China in the past four and a half years with her last role in IBM as Client Director of Bank of China. While with IBM,
Annabella’s rich experiences covered managing various products and services such as GCG ITS, Global Technology services, FSS, cloud management services, and so on. Her responsibilities in business development included creating solutions, investment planning and customer relationship management. Earlier in her career, Annabella enrolled in different areas of the market, such as channel management, product & service management, and marketing communications.
Annabella graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor degree in business administration.
