Jeff oversees strategic planning, and leads both organic and inorganic strategic initiatives, which includes all M&A transactions in Asia. Jeff also heads up the corporate marketing function for Asia, where he is responsible for implementing strategic marketing and communication plans to support business growth. Jeff joined Tyco in April 2010. Since then, he has been taking progressive leadership roles and has been instrumental in criticalcorporate development activities and a series of strategic acquisitionsand portfolio divestitures.Prior to Tyco, Jeff worked in UTC’s World headquarters for 6 years in Corporate Strategy and M&A. Prior to UTC, Jeff worked with two Asia-based electronics multinationals in both China and Japan in various corporate development roles. Jeff holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from The University of International Business and Economics in China, a Master degree in Economics from Kyoto University in Japan, and a MBA from University of Rochester in the US.
